Strawberry Layer Cake Recipes
Strawberry Layer Cakes For Spring
The perfect herald of the Spring season: a softly sweet and lightly moist strawberry layered cake is the ideal dessert to brighten up the end of any meal. That's why I've decided to aggregate some of the yummiest strawberry layered cake recipes on the web in one location. For instructions, make sure you follow the links! I show the ingredients so you can decide if you have the right supplies on hand or are able to get them; obviously many will feature fresh strawberries either for embellishment or an actual part of the cake, but a few only call for frozen strawberries, jams, or other less seasonal ingredients.
I'll continue to add recipes with time, so be sure to check back!
Strawberries and Cream - Delicious and Artistic Presentation
Ingredients. Serves 8-12
1 (18 1/2 ounce) package of white cake mix
10 ounces of frozen strawberries, thawed and pureed
1 (12 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced
Click here for instructionsI love how easy the directions are: packaged cake mix makes this no fuss with minimal muss. When cutting cake layers, you can use a violin string (A or E, preferably) or thin guitar string stretched taut. If you're slow and careful it does a pretty good job. If you need an endless supply of broken E strings, sponsor a violin student.

Use a large round cookie or biscuit cutter to shape your layers of cake, then stack for some serious visual delish.
